"At first it was bad they have a whole new team sales person was not up on anything so I told her I would come back wanted to have measurements went back she was gone and next sales person was very helpful and measured all appliances for me set up delivery and got it done very satisfied will be going back and looking for her"
"I should of seen it, it's in the name CON-n's UPDATED to one star 3/18/24 (Not only was my credit ran, they also made a purchase without consent, I had to contact three different phone reps and see the manager in person, was told by her this happens often and it's the iPad that did it, the iPad ran my credit AND made the purchase and it wasn't a user error. Requested GM info to ask about this rampant iPad issue and was informed that info isn't given to the public. I had to contact their fraud department and they said I should put a freeze on my accounts just in in case, I asked In case of the iPad using my credit info and making more Conn's purchases? They informed me they're not aware of any iPad issues and that it could take up to 30days to fix the inquiry. Submitted a BBB complaint in hopes of speaking to a GM or higher authority. I was explicitly told from the worker in store that my Credit would not take a hit and that they just needed my SSN for Identification Verification. I now have a credit inquiry from Conn's on my Experian account, possibly the others as well. I just asked how much the payment would be on a sectional, there was no reason to run my credit, in fact I was already pre-approved. I was on the fence about the purchase but this just proves that Conn's can't be trusted, either it's with malicious intent to grab a customers SSN on a false premise or it's lack of professional training on the staff and their understanding of the process."
"Each time I've gone into Conn's help m was always available. There was no waiting around around, staff was so helpful, courtesy, and knowledgeable. If there's a problem they knows how to get you to the right person or phone number to get it resolved. I would recommend all my family and friends."
