"Dan is great! He's done 3 projects for me so far and is scheduled to come back next week for a fourth project. First off, I had a water leak in the ceiling in my living room. My insurance company sent someone in to tear everything up. Dan came in and put up a temporary fix to keep me warm over the winter. Then after the association put on a new roof, Dan came in and fully repaired the ceiling and the wall. Then he repainted my whole living room, dining room, kitchen and upstairs hallway. He put in new vinyl plank flooring through my entire living room and dining room. While he was here, he painted the floor around my new water softener and furnace in the basement. My next project was my main bathroom. Dan came in and tore out the old tile shower. He put in all new tile and worked with Charlie from Plumbtek to put in all new shower fixtures. Dan also painted my bathroom, hung my new pictures, repaired a leak in my bathroom closet and then painted the bathroom closet. Next up is going to be my bedrooms. Dan is coming next week to paint my bedrooms and either fix or install a new ceiling fan. Dan has helped me pick out the colors, the flooring, the tile, etc through all these projects. He is here when he says he will be and cleans up when he's done for the day. I'm disabled so he had to move everything on his own through all these projects and make sure the space was still accessible for me when he was done. My family was just here for Christmas and couldn't believe how great my place looks. I wish I could post pictures on here. I will hire him again for any projects I need done in the future."
