"Very Disappointed in customer service!! Emailed Briggs 5 days ago and sent photos. Bought 6 plants for $142. The owner did not have the courtesy to respond. Two of the plants look scraggly and very few blooms. The others are full and lush. I phoned today and was told they do not refund perennials, even if it is the same season?!? If I could post photos here, I would! St $23.50 each at an established nursery, strongly feel there should have been common courtesy and some compensation. The person helping me pick out the plants was very helpful."

"HUGE HUGE HUGE thumbs up to Briggs Lake Nursery and Landscaping. Such a fantastic group of guys doing the landscaping. I wanted a water feature to replace a leaking, outdated pond in my yard. WOW, is all I can say! They built me the most beautiful boulder rock wall with a waterfall and stream and also put in beautiful plants and mulch to finish the whole project.
