"Where do I start? Please don't come here unless you visibly see upscale service. I visited JAN 28 2023 with my sons They opened late when I first arrived to the point I was almost going to go to Bread,Cheese, Wine around 11:07 to 11:11 to be accurate. I get a few minutes difference but nearly 10 means they should just open at noon. We were the only family of 3 here. The tables were dirty. I don't know how to explain it but it's like closing shift didn't complete their tasks. Food, dishes, crumbs, and human hair left where we sat. I have attached photos of proof the moment we walked in. We had to wait another 15 minutes before we could order drinks and food. We order 3 drinks unchanged and that took nearly 30 minutes? I have seen Starbucks frozen drinks made faster than that during rush hour! Then we were told our food had to wait. So after our drink we're nearly done my baklava came out first so an hour had passed before my tea cakes came out so of course by then I had 0 desire to stay after waiting 30 minutes for drinks and another 20 for a partial order of food. I took the rest of my food to go. The staff was friendly but I didn't understand the lack of compassion or integrity to admit to the slow service and dirty store. This was my first and last visit!"

"Such a cute spot with natural ingredient boba and homemade desserts! I highly recommend this place, the service was amazing as well the owners are so sweet and really make the experience top tier. The place is also very spacious so it could be a good place to study."

"The BEST boba. The tea is so fresh and delicious I tried four different fruit teas/milk teas + delicious fresh made baklava! The owners are the sweetest and the atmosphere is very modern and cozy in the tea shop, it’s a great spot to work or study. Stop by and show love to these small business owners!"

"Outstanding! This was some of the best boba I've *ever* had. Anna and Andrea, the owners of Tea Capital, are the sweetest most compassionate people, who care deeply about their craft and producing artisanal high-quality drinks. Despite coming from out of town, we made sure to stop here again before traveling out of Little Rock, and now we can't wait to come back again! I ordered the strawberry cheesecake drink (twice!): Biscoff crumb topped with milk tea and warm, fresh boba, layered with homemade strawberry jam, and a deliciously salty cheese foam. Not only did Anna go out of her way to walk me through the menu, but she also provided me with the freshest ingredients, including a cheese foam that they just made earlier that day. The service here is spectacular, and it is very clear from the beginning that the owners care about building space for community members to gather and enjoy together. As an added bonus, the space is also beautiful and a great place to get some work done. Tea Capital is a spot to find creative, innovative, and delicious drinks that are carefully prepared. Definitely a must stop if you're in the area. Can't recommend this place enough!"
