"Make your appointment because signing in at office wont mean anything, if u dont have appointment that will be their defence, after you dont get unloaded 3 hrs … (you may see other reviews; truckers who are not being unloaded quick, although u have an appointment. ) Also be careful about the cheater truckers who dont obey the waiting line."
"Apparently appointments for deliveries don't matter. They will take 2 hours loading their own trucks with 4 people bsing the whole time. Be on time but don't waste anymore time being early. Molasses cover snail is faster than this place."
"Terrible. Even though you have to call 24 hours ahead, your order is never ready. You will always wait 2-3 hours in line to get loaded. You have to go in the warehouse to get employees moving. Sat for over an hour today and they claimed they didn’t know anyone was in line even though 4 people tried to pull a forklift out and saw us all sitting there in line. Very unorganized and frustrating. I’d be glad to have a conversation with operations manager to seek improvement."
