"On my way to Minneapolis on Friday I was lucky and had the most rude, obnoxious civil servant on duty. As I drove up my passport fell between my seat and console, then it began. When I got out of my vehicle to get the passport then handed it to him he just said get back in your vehicle. I did he finally took the passport then said next time have it ready when you get here. Ok I was amicable till that point. Beyond that I was short and to the point. I was actually driving to US to pick up some materials I could have bought cheaper in China but would rather do business in North America. He told me to pull ahead and pull over there! I waited and a nice lady came over and too my paperwork and came back in about 3 minutes and said have a nice day. I did! Where do they find these mean spirited, jerks like the guy at the gate. There is absolutely no reason to act the way he did. Hey US border services people is that the way you treat veterans?"
