"I love Casey's but will never stop at this location again. Elder lady was very rude when I told her I couldn't even insert my card at pump. Said having bad card reading but that wasn't the issue. I couldn't even put my card in at all. I tried explaining but the lady stayed rude. I asked if they could at least put signs up about the inconvenience and she told me I can go do it myself if I'm so worried about it. Very unprofessional to customers. Being a manager at another store, I'd never treat ANY customer with attitude and pure rudeness!!"
"Jan 21:Pumps are always messed up. Jan 29: pumps 4 and 2 aren't working. And there's another pump beeping constantly. And another someone else is using running really slow. Feb 6: I was about to add a star due to pumps working this time but then I noticed the pump I was using is incredibly slow. So still 1 star. I want this gas station to work since this one is the nearest station. One day hopefully."
