"On a 2002 GMC Yukon I paid $1,280 for my drivers side window to be put back on the track and one passenger rear window motor to be replaced. The Actuator blend door on the AC was replaced but for some reason they took it back out when they couldn’t figure out where my ac was leaking Freon from and then they kept it and even charged me for it so now I have no way to change my ac from defrost to blowing on your feet or face. It’s stuck blowing full time in my face so no chance in the winter of defrosting that windshield. Also claimed they replaced my alternator but they never even touched it. I was the one who put in alternator that’s on it and I know for a fact because the person working on my car originally was supposed to be looking for a bad ground somewhere and they told me they never did find it and one of the times I went up there to check on the progress and I had to take my vehicle home and install a kill switch on it and bring it back up there because of how many months it sat outside their shop since the bad ground was killing my battery it was kill the cells in it and make me have to replace it completely if not. They basically told me they could fix my car and then ripped me off and had me go without a vehicle for almost a year. Thankfully I purchased another car to drive in the mean time. I brought my Yukon in for service in October and did not receive my vehicle back until June 26th the following year. It should never take 8 months to work on any ac problem or window issues. This is unacceptable and I asked for my money back when I finally reviewed their work and noticed not only did they not fix my AC they kept the parts I paid for and also left my vehicle all taken apart there’s literal wires hanging down from the RearView mirror. I do not recommend taking any vehicle here, while I was waiting on my vehicle to be repaired I would drive by periodically to make sure it’s still there and no one was driving it home or anything because of how long it sat there, I noticed that there was a Range or Land Rover they were also working on that had sat outside in several rain storms with the drivers side window down halfway. I know for a fact that they could have very easily popped that door piece off and rolled that window up but they chose to damage that customers vehicle as well. Do not bring any vehicle to them they do not care about your stuff they will only try to make a dime off you and they don’t care if they do it right."

"I bring all of my vehicles here to be serviced and repaired. The owner, David Brandon, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and the service people working in the lube shop are very quick and efficient!"

"I’ve used this business for several repairs without incident, but this last repair was sloppy and negligent. I took in with a complaint of some shaking in the front end. They told me the brakes needed replaced. Rotars, calipers, pads… The next day, it was still shaking and I took it back expecting there to be another issue. They assured me nothing else was wrong and told me to get new tires. I took it and got four new tires, but continued to have issues. I called them back and was told they had done all they could with it. So I took it to another shop. They removed the brake, and the pads on the passenger side had not been changed. They had bent the indicator to prevent it from making noise. The brake pads on the driver side were a different brand. They replaced one side and not the other. This brake trying to lock up on me put my entire family into danger every time we got on the road. This level of negligence will prevent me from ever recommending or returning to them."

"They charged me over $100 for an oil change on my diesel pickup. They promised they would grease everything on the front end and they did not. They flat lied about greasing my truck. The grease certs haven’t been touched."
