"I was dreading trying to find someone that would come to us out in the mountains, I was so pleasantly surprised to find Boyd RV. Our furnace had quit blowing warm air, and our converter had quit working, I explained all of this to Andy when I called, and several days later he sent someone with every possible part we could need to get the job done. The service guy came, and was friendly and so pleasant, he worked quickly and efficiently and had us fixed up within a few hours! I would HIGHLY recommend these guys for any and all work you may need!"

"We were up in Mena with are fifth wheel for vacation during the week of the 4th of July. We had a plumbing issue and first went to Atwoods. They didn't have what we really needed and said that there was no rv parts or servers in Mena. The truth is they are in a community called Acorn. We called and left messages on the evening of the 3rd. My husband and his cousin went into town on the 4th before 10 am. As they sat in the parking lot, a gentleman pulled up asking if they needed help. With luck on our side, he worked there. He called his boss, Andy to tell him what was going on. He opened up and sold us the parts needed to make the right repairs. He didn't have to open up but he did in kindness of our situation. The next day, my husband and I went back to purchase a few more items from Andy Boyd's. Met the owner himself. Gracious and kind including very helpful. Then we had another issue which we called on Thursday afternoon about 415. We needed to purchase another shut off valve that my husband wished he had done so the day before. Andy stayed till he got there to pick up the part needed. So we can make hopefully the last repair before going home. Customer service now days is a lost art. Me personally work in the profession that being courteous and kind helps sooth a customers nerves when they are dealing with their own personal crisis. Andy and his team went beyond what we were expecting and will do business with them when we are in need of help and service when in the area again. Thank you Andy and your team for being amazing people and for helping us fellow RVers to be able to enjoy our vacations."

"Once I went in, they had plenty to offer, but I saw no sign that said Andy Boyd RV Parts and Service. There was a long building that at the very end a small office that said RV PARTS-Service. Go in the door that has a sign that has “OPEN” on it. Lots of PARTS and great service!"
