"Hard to write a review that does this place justice, but I'll give it a try. My car was hit during the holidays, and the body shop had quoted me $3K to fix it (by replacing the entire door). I likely would have left it at that, but the dent was preventing my window from rolling down. I found Russell by a general "Northwest-Arkansas-Dent-Repair" google search and called to see if they could help. Russell was super friendly, managed my expectations, and talked me through the process. He was adamant that because of the size of the dent, this would be tough, and not perfect. In the end, I was more than happy with the result (barely notice the dent and the window works again!), and would definitely recommend reaching out to him with any dent repair."
