"My car was taken in to have a tire change, the tire was new It was brought in with my car. When they was changing the tire they put a hole in the sidewall of the new tire and didn't have the correct size to replace it so they put a smaller tire on my car they said they would order the correct size for a replacement it's been two weeks as of 11/20 and I still haven't gotten my replacement tire and when I call to ask the lady says we are still waiting on our sales guy to find one. She said we haven't forgot. Never has it ever taken this long to get a tire ordered and replaced.. I won't ever go back here..."
