"They do not help when a problem arise. We bought a new 2023 Tundra and the tires were showing extensive wear at 7,000 miles, showing cord at 11,000. Could not drive. We talked to Falken which said Toyota had the wrong specs. We also had 2 alignments on a brand new truck.. We asked Magness to help us on tires. After working with Toyota and Magness they refused to help. Do not use Magness. They are terrible at being a dealer after the sell."
