I simply call for the right fit of Nissan battery so my son can pick it up in their store but apparently, JEFF is not happy for me to ask him for the battery information he doesn't want to do his job and have the audacity to insult his customer for doing his job. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS WHEN TIMES IN NEED."

"Just here to note how useless the NAPA store in Muldrow Oklahoma is. I literally live in the same neighborhood as this NAPA, and yet I never use this store. Reasons: They said they do not recycle used oil. They do not turn rotors. The store is nasty. The store's selection is weaker than Dollar General's automotive selection. They cannot perform vacuum test. They cannot perform starter test. What on earth is the point of this store? There's literally not been one instance where I've been able to use them. I'm 800 feet from it and yet I drive 20 miles to go to an Advance Auto Parts store that CAN do everything mentioned above."
