"Service is good but just not quiet “great”. There’s nothing wrong but ALL the employees I’ve interacted with at this establishment in particular, seem unhappy and it makes me wonder why. They still do a really good job but I just wonder if maybe a very good team lead or supervisor might dig a little deeper to motivate them and make them feel lighter and happier about the service they provide our community and perhaps fill their shifts with more encouragement and positivity? Ultimately the establishment and employees are good and just to see them happier and more engaged with the patrons is all I could want at future visits."

"Ordered at the drive thru and the service was okay. No real friendly personality but somewhat nice. Chicken sandwich was amazingly delicious. Enjoyed the new strawberry biscuits too!"
