"I scheduled an appointment Dec 2020 for Feb 2021 and immediately received an email from their office to download zoom for their telemedicine because they aren't seeing patients during the pandemic. Low and behold Dr. Chapman only does FaceTime, which is for Apple users only. I then begin to explain I don't own any Apple products and have been waiting months for this appt and I was told the day of the appt that only FaceTime platform and now I have to contact my PCP to find and DR. and wait months again. Very disappointing and I'm very livid"
