"I’m a btk amputee. I came to Snell and they did an aqua cast. Had nothing but trouble due to the fact it was measured wrong. So I had to start the process all over. After getting another socket it too caused trouble only to be put I. A temp for 7 weeks. After no phone call from Snell, I was in advent forgot about. It’s bad e ouch what loosing a leg does to your self esteem but as a female the foot they ordered was hideous and wrong size taboos. I have been waiting 4 weeks and left 4 messages- No return call yet. Not to mention my dad paid several thousand dollar extra on top of what my insurance paid. Very depressing and frustrating. I also have N hr drive to Snell"
