"I had towels that I needed monogrammed and I should have known when I dropped them off it was not going to turn out well. The store was a wreck, the staff unfriendly and the monogram options and fonts were basic and lacking. What I got back was a horrible monogram, with the backing still attached and the towels ruined around the monogram site. I paid $15 a towel for the monogram and cannot use them now. Horrible experience."
"Very disappointed in this business. I ordered custom gear in February and did not receive it nor received any emails of a delay. I had to call and email multiple times to finally reach someone, and 5 months later, I received 1 out of 3 of my items. Very disappointing and will not use this company again in the future. I never leave reviews, but this warranted a response."
"For some insane reason our charter school decided to have all school shirts come from a company that is so short staffed they are only open 5 hours a week. Long story short they never sent me my child’s shirts. Thankfully I paid with PayPal so I got my money back. But what a joke of a business. I literally pleaded with them to send my son’s school shirts and they did not. Do not order from them."
"DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! They may be good in-store but ordering THREE SIMPLE SHIRTS have been a NIGHTMARE. We placed an order for 3 shirts with our names a shield on them and after a YEAR LATER, HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING! I’ve called… they said they were sold and said they would get more in soon… waited about 3 months heard NOTHING. Few months later, Then a lady was working with me and said she didn’t think they would ever come back and so we picked different shirts and she said she’d let me know when they shipped… NOTHING! I’ve called and now they’ve changed their office hours and an answering service answers and says they’ll call back when they get in… it’s been WEEKS & still haven’t heard anything. I just want a refund and these people are NO WHERE TO BE FOUND."
"I had to change my rating. They're presentation was professional but delivery was terrible. I dropped off two dresses on a Monday which cost me $54.00 JUST for embroidery of my own logo and it was supposed to he ready Thursday. It was not and I had to meet them that Friday morning 6am the day of my event to get the two dresses. So inconvenient. I am glad this was only a small order."
