"We purchased a spa with the guidance from Jeff at Premier 18 months ago. He was very helpful and continues to provide us with great service on all the chemical and filter needs. Recently our spa would not heat. We were out of town. Cullen from Premier contacted us before we even noticed the issue from monitoring the spa from the store software. Jeff provided trouble shooting immediately that day. However, that was not successful. Cullen then stepped in on the rapair side. His response and assistance was outstanding, to the level of creating a work order on our behalf and traveling 90 miles the next day to fix the issue. I was so impressed by Jeff and Cullen service, I phone the store manager to inform her of our experience!!! If your in the market for a spa, give Jeff a call for sure!!! thanks fellas!!!!! "My wife and I are brand new to hot tub/spas. We recently bought our first (an Arctic) from Premier and haven’t regretted it for 1 second. I assume any dealership can sell you a decent spa but the staff at Premier went above and beyond when it comes to making sure we knew how to get it properly set up and get the chemicals balanced. We live rural and are on well water with quite a bit of iron. Jeff and Elmedin helped us troubleshoot to ensure that our water is crystal clear and to address the iron/rust ring that was starting to form on the shell around the water line. During the buying process they were great but I wasn’t sure how well they would support us after the sale was completed. Their post-sale support is top notch and has greatly surpassed our expectations. These guys are fantastic and I highly recommend Premier"
