"Grandy was wonderfully attentive! She asked me multiple times if I was comfortable or okay with her doing certain procedures after I expressed some concerns. She made me feel heard and respected, and explained what she was doing/looking for. Willow Creek itself was also wonderful, check in was easy and the front desk was kind and responsive. I did have to re-answer a few questions with the nurse but even she acknowledged that they had to go over things from the paperwork multiple times. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend Dr. Grandy to others."

"I saw Scarlett throughout my pregnancy, and she delivered our baby. I was very impressed with her and truly appreciate the care and compassion she showed me throughout labor and delivery. I didn't realize how much she has to juggle between seeing patients and delivering babies until I was in labor myself. If she happens to be running behind for a prenatal checkup, it's likely because she is helping another mama deliver, so please be patient. I wanted a more natural pregnancy and birthing experience, and she never made me feel pressured to use unnecessary interventions. When I was full term and trying to initiate labor, she gave me suggestions for activities I could try at home. During my delivery, a small piece of my cervix wasn't dilating, and she was able to calm me down and get me into positions to reduce cervical swelling that allowed the baby to pass through the birth canal. She also supported my desire to have a low intervention birth and advocated for me to be moved to a low intervention suite when I was initially placed in one of the regular rooms with a hospital bed. Post delivery, she checked on us multiple times and was very helpful in answering all the questions I had about postpartum care for both the baby and me. I would highly recommend Scarlett, especially if you're interested in a more natural birth experience."
