Cherokee Hotel & Casino West Siloam Springs

"I really want to like this place, but after the 3rd strike, I just can't. There was leftover food in our hotel room refrigerator, the casino floor was so hot, we would have to go back to the room to cool off. We were there from 9pm to 3am and only seen one person hit a jackpot. The drink station was filthy along with the woman's bathroom. They had zero soap. We play in the high limit room amd never once seen a waitress. When we finally gave up and went to the bar, the line was around the corner. They don't allow alcohol in the rooms, so we wasted an hour in line for A beer. Anytime I seen anyone that resembled an employee of the Casino, they were standing against the wall talking. They had a concert that night, Colt Ford, you would have thought they'd have been fully staffed. It was awful. Totally worth the drive to go to Tulsa or Tunica. They run Tulsa way better than Siloam Springs."

"Super awesome place. I've been homeless and this was the only place I could go to get out of the weather, and have a free soda or coffee, and maybe find a ticket or 3 lying around with a couple cents on it. Anyway love it here it's like a home away from home very recommend"

"I don’t know that I should be reviewing this because I didn’t get to stay in the resort accommodations. I didn’t get to spend a lot of time there but I was there purposely to check it out and I can comment on the casino floor section of it and it has a nice layout it’s not overly smoke filled and even has a slight perfume scent that they have somehow engineered to NOT smell like smoke. other than losing my shirt on the small bed I had placed on some of the slots, I’d have to say it’s a great place to go because it’s local and it’s super easy to get to.… That’s if you lived here which I do. I couldn’t imagine the gain or the sense of wonder had to travel any further than that for this casino. I guess I’m blessed to live in an area where casinos are plentiful, because of Oklahoma, but count me out when it comes to joining the parade as to which one is the best or most luxurious."

"Nice room's to stay in. The slot machines are to tight and it's hard to even get a small win. They do give you some nice presents and you can get a second gift if you earn 40 reward points. Problem is that it takes $300 dollars to get the 40 points so you're better off just going and buying a second gift if you want it. The non smoking section is very small with only a few games to play. I enjoy going to relax BUT I never win anything above what I've put in the machines."

"Our experience was OK. Not a lot of info provided on the facility. Don't know if they had and rec/exercise facilities. Smoking aroma is pretty strong near the dining options and doesn't make things appetizing. No breakfast buffet option made us look for outside options. Access to the main road without a traffic light can be problematic."
