"THIS INSURANCE AGENCY IS CRAP!!! THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES. MY HUSBAND BOUGHT INSURANCE ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY IN MARCH OF 2016. HE WAS GIVEN INSURANCE CARDS AND A POLICY. ABOUT A MONTH LATER HE WAS CALLED INTO THIS OFFICE TO COMPLETE "UNFINISHED PAPERWORK." WHEN HE ARRIVED HE WAS TOLD THAT HIS INSURANCE WAS NEVER EFFECTIVE!! SO OF COURSE HE ASKED FOR A REFUND OF HIS INITIAL DOWN PAYMENT. HE WAS TOLD IT COULD TAKE UP TO 30 DAYS FOR THAT TO HAPPEN. FAST FORWARD TO APRIL 22, 2016. AN INSURANCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN AUTOMATICALLY DRAFTED FROM HIS ACCOUNT!! AS IF THAT WEREN'T BAD ENOUGH, IT EXCEEDED HIS MONTHLY RATE. WE CONTACTED THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND GOT ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE. BY THIS TIME WE ARE PRETTY UPSET. I GO INTO THE OFFICE MYSELF TO TRY AND GET THIS RESOLVED. MELANIE CALLS CORPORATE OFFICE AND THEY SAY THEY WILL BEGIN PROCESSING A REFUND FOR BOTH THE DOWN PAYMENT AND THE MONTHLY PAYMENT ON THE 6TH OF MAY!! WITH REALLY NO OTHER OPTIONS, WE TOOK THIS INFORMATION AND HOPED FOR THE BEST. TODAY IS MAY 16TH AND WE STILL HAVE NO REFUND. I GO INTO JAMES SCOTTS OFFICE TODAY AND I'M TOLD THAT A REFUND CHECK IN THE AMOUNT OF $90.35 WILL BE MAILED OUT TO US TODAY. $90.35???? WE ARE OWED ALMOST $250.00. THE EXPLANATION FOR THAT IS THAT WE WERE GIVEN INCORRECT INFORMATION REGARDING THE CANCELLATION DATE. NOW THEY CLAIM THAT THEY DIDN'T CANCEL HIS POLICY UNTIL APRIL 22. THIS INSURANCE AGENCY IS A COMPLETE FRAUD. THEY WILL LIE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY IF YOU ARE NOT CAREFUL. BUYER BEWARE!! I HATE THAT I HAVE TO GIVE THEM ANY STARS AT ALL."
