"Mena Mountain Resort is family owned and Lou & Denny treat you like family! I had a mishap while visiting the area and they went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I were taken care of! They even allowed us to extend our stay while I recovered. The rooms are amazing and well stocked. I've never stayed anywhere that I didn't have to request more towels! There were even 2 recliners to relax and watch TV. I'm looking forward to my next stay!"

"I don't think you will find better people than the owners of this fine establishment. I stayed here 2 different weeks and the owners were absolutely great both times. They are polite and courteous. The rooms were clean, well decorated and quiet. I was in the area both weeks working. The 2nd week we came over, we brought our side by side. Lou (the owner) took time out of his afternoon one day, to take a quick ride and show me a few places. The water was hot, the air conditioning cold. The beds were comfortable. This is one of those little gems that you come across. Denny ( I think that is her name) was always spectacular. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. And 1 other thing. Because there are limited rooms, the owners know their guest and treat you with respect and will quickly become on a first name basis with their guest. And they truly make you feel like a guest and not a customer."

"It was peaceful, clean, and beautiful. We were a last minute check in for our anniversary and we loved it. No smoking in the rooms but that was fine with us, they had all sorts of areas on the deck and outdoors if you need to smoke. The hot tub and pool were great, a nice little breakfast set up. Lots of towels in the room, and the bed was so big and soft with bright beautiful sheets and blankets, we will definitely drive out and stay again"

"This place was awesome! The staff were all friendly and helpful...they somehow remained available, while also completely unobtrusive. The owner was on-site as well, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. She even went out and purchased a gel foam mattress topper for a member of our party who felt the beds were too firm. We couldn't ask for better service! The rooms were spacious and functional. There is a nice lobby, kitchen, dining area, game room, a pool, and an above ground hot tub, that are always available to use, at any hour. We had the entire outdoor area to ourselves the whole time we were there (4 days, in early October). There are also grills available to use, complete with cooking utensils. There are plenty of comfortable outdoor seating options as well. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. We would visit again and recommend to others. :)"
