This was our first time being in Fort Smith, AZ and the staff made it enjoyable all three days! They all were AMAZING, (front desk, service team members) well dedicated to providing excellent service to the fullest extent. Not to forget how absolutely clean this hotel is from the inside — out!!! Definitely worth every penny in just the service of the staff, making you feel welcomed!!"

"Room was nice and clean. Hotel was pretty quiet, but walls/ floors are really thin! I heard a man get up in the room above and walk to the bathroom and heard him peeing! 430 in the morning. Food was odd. Make your own pumpkin spice waffle. Was good. No regular batter. All their other "hot dishes" were in bags sitting in a buffet style warming pan. Spinach souffle, biscuit and sausage, & jalapeño bisquit all in bags. Great if you're a germaphobe. Overall,good girls. Friendly staff. Good location. Clean hotel."
