"So there was a mix up with our reservation, don't know if it was the hotel or Expedia. As for the rooms, they are old hotel rooms so definitely nothing special. The service sucked so that's why we won't be back. There are too many other affordable hotels around to deal with that."

"Hot tub is concreted over. Indoor pool not heated. Hotel is dated. Our bathroom had mold on wall behind toilet. Bathtub had hard water stains. Bed was comfortable, breakfast fair. Staff decent. Nothing to right home about would not be my first choice again."

"I was honestly loving this hotel, staff and all until the front desk lady came banging on my door at midnight saying “idk why this room is showing vacant, what’s your name?” So half asleep, I gave her my name and she apologized as soon as I did and she remembered me.. but it was the same lady who gave me this room at check in, wrote it on the keycard thing, and even showed me how to get to said room from the check-in area. So that just kind of ruined my sleep for the night and had me annoyed. Was also very odd behavior to experience at midnight too... Other than that it was a great stay. Just disappointed by being woken up at midnight like that for a room I paid for and checked into 8 hours earlier in the day. So probably won’t be returning again. Sad about it though because the hotel and room are very nice/clean and she provided excellent service when I arrived earlier in the day. And yes I did post this review as I am trying to go back to sleep."

"This hotel met and exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect for the business we came for. We were scheduled to be at another hotel, but due to their "inappropriate " lodging accommodations, we never made it past check in. From the moment I walked in the lobby, my heart was settled. Ashley greeted us with a smile, was professional, courteous, friendly, and accommodating to my family. Due to a family member's disability, we needed certain items in tow, this was NOT an issue with this hotel. The bathroom was amazing, the amenities were good, and above all, the place was SUPER CLEAN. The staff was amazing, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the housekeeping was on point. We needed a few extra hours to handle some business, and Amber was nice enough to fill in the spaces for us. If you want a CLEAN, QUIET, PROFESSIONAL and HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE hotel, this is the place. The fitness room gets a PERFECT 10 also, clean, sanitized, and fully stocked.
