"An amazing place to stay, right a perfect spot on the river. They make you feel like family there. No Wi-Fi so the kids can do other stuff other than have their faces buried in their screens the whole time. Absolutely loved our stay and will be back again!"

"Carolyn and staff were awesome! They took us in very last minute and were very accommodating!! The cabins are dated but clean and cozy! Grounds are very well kept and the river is right there! Great for swimming and fishing! Best prices on the river for float service by far! Eureka Springs is just a short drive down the road! Great location!"

"Brought my parents down to get them out of Iowa and couldn't have asked for a better escape! My dad was able to walk down to the King River and 2nd cast caught a nice small mouth bass. The rooms have everything you need. :) Thanks for a great stay!!!"

"Cute older cabins that have been well loved. Very awesome experience and welcoming staff. Would come back for sure. Full kitchen and a/c in our cabin. Shuttle service available for floating the river."

"I've stayed here twice, once by myself and once with my 7-year-old daughter, and both times were great. Carolyn and her husband are super nice people. The cabins are well-kept. The grounds are nicely mowed and well-kept. No problems."
