"Best place ever nicest people ever breakfast was awesome. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Everything was just absolutely perfect. Price was reasonable too."
"The room, other public places you can access, breakfast room, lounge, and public bathroom were all very clean. The desk staff both at evening & morning check-in wete polite and professional. The evening lady even printed out a hard copy for my destination when she found out my cellphone wasn't charging and not sure where the problem was. The morning lady told me were I could buy a new plug in, & cord if I wanted, in case it wasn't the phone or car port. 2 complaints are the web site says indoor pool and it's closed for the winter a staff member said becausetheydon'theat it. The 2 cleaning ladies knocked on my door before checkout time for cleaning without a doorknob notice. I believe they reacted disgusted; new professional in their attitude."
"We met my sister and mom who are from Fort Smith and we are from Missouri, so this is a great half way point. Jennifer did a great job of checking us in and out as well as following up with us during the day. She did a wonderful job. Location was awesome if you're looking to gamble at the casino in town just around the corner."
"Last minute due to AC issues at my home, great customer services. The room was very clean and easy access in and out. The hotel is silent at night very comfortable last minute stay. Breakfast was really good! Very clean break room. Will definitely be going back if I ever need a room again."
"There's no reason this place should get bad reviews. Everyone does their job to make sure you enjoy your stay. The pool worked, and the room didn't smell. The breakfast was outstanding for a continental. Lots of nearby places to eat. The hotel was easy to access & convenient."
