"I have tried all sorts of fitness routines and since I have degenerative disc disease, I rarely find one I can stick to. Once I started Elevate Fitness, I knew I found my people! I am a bigger girl that struggles with coordination because of my disability and the trainers have always made me feel welcome and always motivate me and their clients to do their very best and strive to make sure you understand the moves. If you are looking for a good work out and have fun at the same time, I highly recommend to try it."

"FINALLY !! I found a fun and effective way to get cardio !!! Elevate Bungee is such a great atmosphere; all of the instructors are always positive and patient no matter how young or old, strong or out of shape we are. I am a 58 year old cancer survivor that fights foot, knee, and back issues. Bungee classes have been a major factor in helping me loose 40 pounds in 5 1/2 months because it is such a fun and effective workout !! I've taken Level 1, 2, and now 3 and I always look forward to classes!"

I love the instructors and that they are always coming up with new songs/moves/themes to keep things fresh. It's a good workout, but low impact so I'm not sore the next day. Everyone there is awesome and if you haven't yet, give them a try!"

"A friend and I attended a bungee class after work. While the class was novel, I will not be going back. There was no one at the studio when we arrived and the instructor only got there 5 minutes before class started. Since it took 15 minutes to weigh everyone individually and then get them set up on harnesses, this resulted in the class going long. The instructor also paused class to answer the door and tell people about the studio, leaving the class to just bounce around aimlessly. We all had to wait to get help out of the harnesses once class was over, leading to more time spent waiting. Overall, I did not feel that I attended a fitness class or even worked up a sweat, I spent more than 1.5 hours at something I thought would be 45-55 minutes max, and everything felt inefficient and disorganized. I don't think I could ever see this class as a staple in a fitness routine or worth a monthly membership."
