"They routinely open 20-30 minutes late. Absolute incompetence. Why does this manager still have a job? I understand running out of food or other unforseeable issues. But if you routinely open 20-30 minutes late, with a line of angry customers at the door, and do nothing about it, I really can't feel sorry for you. You need to be let go. I am going to stop going to Chipotle despite having gone 2-3 times a week for years. Time for me to find a new fast food place that is, you know, open."

"This location loses customers by never opening on time. I always see people waiting and leaving before this location finally opens its doors at around 11am instead of the advertised 10:30am. Before 11am, employees can be seen preparing and only serving online orders by peeking open the door every now and then. I went by the other day to grab chips and queso (not a big ask) but was told that I would have to make an online order. I simply left, since its very tedious and prices are higher on the app."
"Pretty disappointed. Door dashed a chipotle bowl, ordered double Barbacoa and arrived with hardly any meat. $17+ dollar bowl. Do not recommend this location."
