"Person at counter was eating a footlong Subway, when I got to the counter to purchase an item- she raised her arms in frustration and said "everytime I try to eat- someone comes to the counter " There is a time and place to have your meal- working the counter isn't one of them"
"Rude/disengaged staff. Every time I come into this store they are sitting on their phones and don’t care about customer service. Today I went to pick up a beverage, and the woman at the checkout was doing paperwork, and literally got frustrated with me for being a customer and wanting to check out. She slapped her clipboard down on the other papers and said “guess I’ll just have to do this later.” 2 stars because they typically have what I’m looking for in stock but it’s just a frustrating experience to be in that store."
"This Speedway always has a friendly and helpful staff. Decent selection of products and the Speedy Rewards program is a great deal for regular customers. The only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 is that this location is currently understaffed, meaning that some products are not stocked or maintained, and hours may vary at the last minute. This isn't a slight against the good hard-working people of this location, but it can be frustrating when they are unexpectedly closed due to staffing."
