"Terrible customer service at corporate, very snippy and rude and unapologetic regarding an order we have been charged for over a month ago and still have not received in full. The local store has followed up on this order multiple times and not heard back and I am now following up with corporate and they are not willing to even give a firm timeline in when they will have either my money refunded or receive the product I have paid for."

"The runnings store in canandaigua NY has multiple like 20-30 lights flickering in the store and I am an epileptic. My boyfriend said something to the associate as we were checking out after only a few minutes of shopping as I couldn’t stay in the store any longer for fear of passing out and seizing. The associate told us many customers have complained and the store refuses to fix the fluorescent lights. We drove a half hour one way to shop and look around and could only be in there a few minutes. This is poor property maintenance and neglect of their customers safety. We cannot shop there anymore until these lights are fixed. Very bad experience. I wouldn’t have even given them one star except the site made me in order to leave a review."
