"Just attended a concert in the music hall at the Stillwell humanities building on the Texarkana College campus. The concert was given by a soprano named Shaina Martinez and a pianist named Mary Scott Smith. The style was classical, operatic, and the show included songs by Puccini, Debussy, Andre Previn, Ricky Ian Gordon, and others. The performance was outstanding, and the concert lasted about an hour. There was a printed program provided by the college, and it listed every song and composer, except the encore. There were about 75-80 people attending the concert, and about 30 of those were college students."
"Love the campus! It gives a 4 year feel at a 2 year college level. Staff is so friendly and helpful! Can’t wait to start this fall!!"
