"I love Tropical Smoothie food and smoothies but the slowness is so horrible I could have gone to whole foods got the stuff to make my sandwich and Smoothie made them, got back in line and still waited on my order that was also a mobile order"
"The smoothies are amazing the food is really good it is a little bit on the expensive side though and the service has always been a little bit slow but making smoothies or food from scratch is it always going to take more time than a fast food restaurant that just Heats stuff up. The atmosphere has been pretty nice and clean as well also never had a problem with my order nor have I had a problem with employees / customer service"

"Checking out with my to go order, the cashier told me to press the green button. My ticket was charged a 15% tip without my approval. I let the cashier know that I didn't approve the amount that was charged to my card. She walked away and said nothing. Poor customer service."
"Menu offering is great. Staff look to be hard workers but can't keep up with the # of orders. Friendliness and people skills fall to bottom of their list. Long wait for wraps to be prepared"
