Tropical Smoothie Cafe

"This is our most frequently visited location. The 4 stars are 100% based off of the portion size of my food. For the LONGEST time, [and actually today, at the Salem location] I have had issues with my wraps suddenly being literally child sized as opposed to adult sized as they originally were when I got addicted to TS. Here recently, it's as if the Universe has answered me directly and both times I've gone to Oak in 2 weeks, the wrap was MONSTROUS. I mean..my Lord it was big. So perfect. However, the smoothies are consistently flavorless, bland, and taste like they're missing important ingredients [i.e banana, white chocolate, etc] My wrap is the most important though bc I'm a long time vegetarian and I rely heavily on TS to feed me well when I'm out and about. It costs about $34 for 2 of us to eat a meal so I expect to get what I order. Also, girls here arent very friendly at all. I feel judged when i roll through, although I'm not sure i could care less about that. Again, A+ on the portion size though. Please keep that up!"

"Love tropical smoothie , but don’t love this location. The speed of service at this location is always slow. I don’t know what it is about this location, but they consistently make the blandest smoothie that I’ve ever had from a shop. Only one time that I have visited out of the 5+ have I gotten an avocalada that actually has a taste."

"UPDATE 9/19: I went by again and the smoothie was missing the lime wedge that I paid for as part of the price of the drink. They also AGAIN had trouble finding my order and tried to charge me about 2x what my order was, even though I already paid. They seem to consistently have issues keeping track of who's order belongs to which car. I don't know why this is so difficult for them. I can't be the only person ordering from the app/website. Down to 2/5 stars. UPDATE 4/8: I went by this time and the smoothie was missing about 1" off the top. I didn't notice until I got home. It was runnier than usual and less flavorful than usual. Not sure what happened. With the price of these they need to fill them up all the way. good job"

"I eat here a lot but lately the smoothies have not been blended all the way, yes they make up for it with a free one. But I would rather have it done right the first time. The one on Salem is better."
