"This store isn't open during it's posted hours and doesn't answer the phone"
"10:45am, walked in store. Worker was on his phone talking, never greeted me. I looked around and then called my son to show him the selection. Worker gets off phone, walks to door, and says to me, “I’ve got to do a bank run” as he puts his hand on the door. In other words, made me get out. SO rude! Never will EVER step foot back in here and will tell everyone not to shop here!"
"Hire those willing to work even if it’s a dead none busy day! To keep coming to this store and seeing it closed it’s wild!"
"Store is closed often with a "Out to Lunch" sign up. Came at 4pm today and waited 30 minutes or so, seeing someone inside. I called to ask if they were open and the associate said he closes when he makes hats because he can't wait on the physical customers while he makes hats. He said he may reopen in 30 or 45 minutes but he didn't know. Probably 15 people walked up trying to come in and he wouldn't open the store. This can't be the policy of Lids."
