"Excellent service for the clothes buyer. Well fit and tailored after selection and purchase, good post-purchase care for adjustments, accessories and add-on. For the tuxedo buyer they are an excellent choice when you expect to wear a tux two or three times a year and need an economical solution. Pays for itself versus renting. Speaking of renting, all the negative reviews have the same thing in common; some crackers' wedding that couldn't bother to schedule fittings for EVERYONE on different days, weeks in advance. But instead chose some random Saturday the day before the the wedding for EVERYONE in the party and now there's like five separate groups of men all vying for the attention of two hassled and exasperated employees desperately trying to placate the exceedingly un-tuxedo familiar dudes wearing the wrong clothes to do a fitting and having no concept of what is involved for a proper tailoring. Meanwhile, some Bridezilla is shrieking over the hapless groom's flip phone speaker for all to hear about why they aren't done NOW and get to the wedding shower NOW and what do you mean they won't be ready in time???? The wedding is TOMORROW!!!! Honestly, you could do a whole season of Bridezilla just at this one Men's Warehouse. So, don't visit on Saturdays. Plan your purchases (never rent) a few weeks in advance. Dress well, look sharp."

"After going to multiple stores in search of a light gray sport jacket to no avail, made a second trip back to Little Rock and called and spoke with Mr. Billy and he said he had 2 in the size I needed. Got there and he got straight to work and found the most perfect fitting jacket! Very helpful and very respectful and he will make sure you’re taken care of! Thank you!"

"Today I went to pick up my suit rental and worked with Tim M. - I cannot express how helpful and kind he was helping me through my pick up. While speaking with him about my concerns about going to events because I do not have clothes I’m comfortable or confident in, he helped me through purchasing a suit of my own. We talked about a rehearsal dinner that I was going to and I didn’t have anything that I wanted to wear and walked me through selections and options that I had. He was patient in helping me select something I was confident in, helped me with a custom fit suit, and even went the extra mile to get a part of my suit delivered to a store that is close to the event because they didn’t have it in stock. I cannot express my sincerest gratitude for Tim and HIGHLY recommend you working with him on any of your formal/semi-formal wear. He deserves the highest praise. Thank you Tim for your help today!"

"Extremely disappointed in the suit I picked up. Not only was the suit wrinkled and stained but it was the wrong color. I asked what could be done to fix this and We was told and upcharge could fix this. They gave us the wrong blue. They gave us the blue my wife to be said absolutely not. This ridiculous and we are due to be married Oct 14th @530 and we have the ugliest suits and all the could tell was sorry and pay more to fix. I'd be hesitant to do busy with them."

"Terrible terrible terrible! A friend and I went back in June to pick out jackets to rent for my wedding that’s next Saturday (10/14). Everyone was given different rental prices for the same jacket. The prices ranged from $180-$220 My friend that went with me the day I picked out the jacket, her husband went to rent his and his total was $200 to rent. My friend called the store to ask why it was so high. She was told for $50 more they could buy the jacket and it could be tailored for him. So she agreed and asked why were weren’t told this info to start with. Then the salesperson politely told her that it couldn’t be done because when the jacket was ordered it was ordered as a “rental jacket” and the sales person said they understand that doesn’t make any since… but if my friend had any other questions she could call corporate. She called corporate the next day and they weren’t any more help. They offered to do a different style jacket for a cheaper price. She was also told that some places are going to be higher price because of tax purposes. It’s very frustrating that a bride is having to deal with this a week before her wedding and people are getting ripped off. Needless to say I’m sad I won’t be able to recommend this company to my brother who is getting married next year."
