"My mom has waited 12 days just for a phone call for her appointment for a bone scan they are suppose to be doing. She's been in lots of pain, left voicemails with not one phone call in return. The doctor was great, but no acting to help my mom has been taking. For such a highly rated place how are yall allowing your people to treat your patients like this?? How is a lady that can't bare any weight on her knee suppose to just set and wait for almost 2 weeks for just a phone call to wait longer for an appointment? I'm sorry for this bad review I never do this, but since no nurse will call us back and the front desk won't hear anything you have to say before they send you to an unanswered voicemail box, I had to. Maybe someone will see this?? My faith is growing weary."
