"I had my first colonoscopy from Dr. Dean Kumpuris here yesterday. Checking in was easy - it was the same paperwork as every other doc's office and seems repetitive. There should be a way to streamline this between referring physicians. Regardless, after the front desk, everybody was incredibly polite and re-assuring. From the lady who took me back and started my IV, to nurses Beth and Stephanie and chief sleeper Race, every person with whom I had contact was awesome. They were thorough and explained the process every step of the way. This procedure is obviously very taxing on a person, so this staff seemed to understand and made it as easy as possible. Great job!"
"The entire staff, from the front desk to discharge were fantastic! Sue Ellen, Kelli and the rest of the staff that attended me were super attentive. They made check in easy. Even getting undressed was pleasant. The nurses were very careful to inform me of every action they were taking and what I should expect. The only downside was that my doctor was one hour late delaying my procedure, everyone apologized profusely on the doctors behalf. I wasn't too bothered by that though since I was warm and cozy and not planning anything else for the morning. Also, everything else went so well and it was raining really bad so I gave the doctor a pass."
