"I went in for a drug screening at the request of a job I’m starting. The check in was easy and quick. There were a couple of steps to it but nothing too complicated (unless you’re not great with smart phones). The staff were helpful and friendly enough. It wasn’t too busy and I was done in about 30 mins."

"Once I got past the reception area, the staff were all very friendly. The receptionist, at least in my opinion, were rude and abrupt, not only to me, but to other patients as well. The nurses, and especially the Dr, were very friendly. The first visit I was a bit surprised at the documentation he gave me for returning to work. I work in a department that is very “hands on”. He put me as returning to work that day, for a full shift with no use of the upper left extremity and no gripping, pinching, pulling, and such, with my left arm/fingers. Left is my dominant hand and I drive 35 miles to work. I was a bit concerned about the driving issue, and also wondered about the liability if I got in an accident. My 2nd visit was very short. I was told the visit was only to make sure I had gotten in with a specialist, or if I had slipped through the cracks. While I appreciated that, I was even more concerned about the previously stated concerns when he released me completely."

"2 stars are for the nurse that called me to the back and drew my blood. I don’t get his name because he never spoke to me. He never made eye contact, didn’t even tell me how to get out of the back area. I had to ask where to sit in the room, and he just turned and pointed. I took my jacket off my right arm for him to draw the blood, yet he went to my left arm to draw the blood. When he was done there was a moment of awkwardness and I had to ask if he was done and if I could leave and again he just turned and nodded his head yes. I got up to leave and said thank you, have a great day and he said NOTHING!!! The young lady working the front desk was nice, she had a slight attitude at first but ended up being sweet."

"Every time I have to use any of the services here I am satisfied! I have experienced nothing, but excellent customer service, professional staff, and the their best to keep get you seen without extreme wait times! If I have a choice on where to go for employment services I choose here over any other places! For me it’s a 10/10! Keep up the great job staff even when it get hectic!"
