"The Doctors can’t keep an appointment to save their lives. A simple stitch removal to four hits out of my day. Only to have to leave and get my primary care doctor to do the surgeon’s job. I will never return."
"I went in for an appointment to have a simple procedure done by Dr. April Turner last week. I took off of work for half a day to get this appointment and when I got there, Dr. Turner said she couldn’t do the procedure because it would put her behind for the rest of the day and I would need to reschedule. Bear in mind that I had to reschedule this appointment at Arkansas Surgical Hospital, who called me and tried to price gauge me for $350.00 for this simple procedure. I ended up canceling my appointment. I said I’ll just find some where else. Thanks but no thanks. Someone called on the day that my appointment WAS supposed to be to confirm and I AGAIN told this person that I had canceled my appointment with Abby about 4 times. I have since had this simple procedure done with another clinic, first time visit, took the doctor about a minute and a 1/2 to do it. He charged me $40.00, which is the amount of my co-pay for a specialist. I wouldn’t let Dr. April Turner or anyone at Baptist Health Surgical Clinic or Arkansas Surgical Hospital treat my 3-legged dying dog if they were the last doctors on earth. It’s a racket. That’s the damn truth."
"Dr Cate removed my gallbladder today and I could not be more satisfied. Every single person there treated me so very nice. The procedure went perfect, now I am home with very little pain. This is by FAR the best experience I have ever had at a hospital. A+++"
"Dr. Polluck was quick and to the point! He removed my gallbladder and did a good job.. the nurse that was doing post op care was a nightmare! She was rude and tried to force meds down my throat while I was still loopy from anesthesia! Other than that my experience was great with this clinic!"
