"Found my insurance and prescribed me the correct contacts for $60 for a year's supply. The Hope location refused to find my insurance and charged me $280 for a visit. Then they refused to prescribe me acuvue vita contacts claiming they no longer had a contract with them. I will never be going back to the hope location but I will go back to the magnolia location every year."
"This business is awesome! Let me start by saying that once you walk into this location, the atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff are VERY patience, nice, and helpful. Every time I have called or visited, the staff has always presented with a wonderful attitude. They are also helpful with different options on contacts and glasses. I recommend anyone who needs eye care needs to visit them. Mrs. Jennifer is an angel :)"
"I was very impressed with everything, the office was impressive and clean. The selection of frames are unmatched to other places I’ve visited. The staff was very professional and helped me through the process of getting my eye wear! The doctor was great and personable. All in all this is the best place around and I will be back!!"
"My experience with the branch was great. The young ladies were very professional and nice. My problem is the wait time. Let me say I understand that sometimes things happen that are out of our control. I have been waiting almost two weeks for my glasses. My issue is I needed my glasses when I was told they would be ready. This location is not open on the weekends and that adds to the problem of when you will get your glasses. I am not sure I will use myeyedr for my next script. Let me end with saying once again the staff at this branch is great! Thanks"
"I haven't gone there yet to get my eyes checked. Or new frames. It appears to be good place as many cars are in the parking lot every time i drive by. But I AM GLAD that that building , which was use to be advance auto, and had been an empty & ugly building for so many years, is finally been updated and used for something."
