"They claim they can work on any make or model of bike and I'm pretty sure they may be able to do just that...But when I went in there the person I spoke to didn't want to adjust the parts I already had on my bike...Instead he wanted to sell me new parts. He told me he could try to adjust the part all day but wouldn't be able to make any difference. He suggested I purchase a more expensive part and then have him install and adjust it at the cost of $80.00 + Tax... I felt I had just walked into a car mechanic shop. It was like the old bait and switch. In any case I took my bike home and adjusted it myself and was able to fix the problem I was having...And im not a mountain bike mechanic. I guess in a small way I should be greatful for the opinion he gave me about the abilities of his workmanship...It saved me from paying $45.00 For something he said he couldn't do...lol"
