"Stylist had no attention to detail. Just took the buzzer and rounded the side of head instead of a taper I asked for. I could’ve had anyone with their own set of clippers accomplish what I just paid $40 for. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Poor customer service as well."

The absence of the last star is due because she gave the vibe that she was overwhelmed as customers kept piling into the shop. She was going very fast and almost pulling my hair out with her clippers as she used them on the sides and back of my hair. I always get an MVP, and I feel like I didn't get what I paid extra for with that upgrade"
