"This was my first visit, if was a positive one. From the receptionist, X-rays being done and Dr. Coffee , all were really nice and knowledgeable. I’m happy to be a new patient."

"DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE!!! 0/10 And never come here before his lunch break YOU WILL BE RUSHED so you don’t make him late for lunch. Use Dr. Sitzes he was wonderful! Or if he’s busy use your dads old rusty needle nose plyers you will be better off. Would not recommend and will never come back. The receptionist was very kind. The building is very nice. But the experience was terrible. I’ve had two teeth pulled in my life both molars. The first one I had pulled was done at Dr. Sitzes office. He was very quick yet gentle, efficient, and painless. He made sure i was numb. Afterwards throughly explained after care, and what to/not too eat& do. He also asked if I needed pain meds prescribed which I denied since I wasn’t hurting and he prescribed antibiotics just to be safe. Enough of the good experience. My experience at Dr. coffee’s was the exact opposite. I arrived at 11 was informed he’ll be going on lunch at 12. I get sent back they take x rays and everything else like normal. The assistant was kind as ever. And then Dr coffee comes in. I get three numbing shots. He leaves for about 5 minutes comes back and then starts trying to push my gums back to remove the tooth. Never asked if it was numb anything. I tell him hey it still hurts. He gives me more shots. 5 minutes later repeat. At this point I’m frustrated I asked what’s going on it should not be hurting. He gives me more shots waits 10 minutes comes back and starts. This time it’s numb. So he gets the gums pushed back and starts trying to remove the tooth. He was using so much force I literally felt like my jaw was going to snap off. I’m writing this the next day and my jaw/ neck is more sore than the actual extraction wound. This goes on for about 15 minutes until my tooth literally breaks off leaving part of it behind. At this point I’m upset and I ask what the hell is going on if the tooth is out or not and what I’m hearing. The assistant tells me the tooth is broken and they’ll have to drill/cut the rest out now. He claims this was “on purpose” due to the depth or curve of the tooth. So after drilling, and cutting the tooth out( and the gums/ cheek all around the tooth) Dr. coffee tells me she’s gonna. Pack gauze and give me some to take and vanishes. Out the window infront of me I see him hop in his truck and burn off. The time is (12:03). The assistant packs the gauze gives me a pack and starts to walk off. I ask if I need antibiotics she says” no if there was risk of infection it’s gone with the tooth” and then leaves grabs her purse and rushes out the door. I go to pay and now I’m informed i have to pay more than I was quoted for because he had to “ surgically” remove it. Even though he has to do that due too his own shortcomings. My mouth hurt so bad and bled for the next 5 hours. Snd my wife had to call and go back and get pain meds because they didn’t offer any. No consultation after the removal. No asking how it felt. No anything. Just a rushed tooth extraction so I don’t interrupt their lunch. 0/10 wouldn’t bring my worst enemy here. I’m writing this day two and even with medecine my entire jaw and wound are excruciatingly painful."

"This dentist was awesome and his office was clean and all the employees were super nice and respectful. Haven’t seen the dentist in 3 years after having my wisdom teeth removed and some bad ones removed in Texarkana. And finally got my insurance set up and started using it again and his office is great about wiggling around with your insurance so you pay nothing. I got my 15 pictures of my mouth taken the first week I saw him and within two days I had my deep cleaning and the only cavity filled. I paid nothing with my insurance and will start seeing this dentist forever being on delta dental off the government."
