"Decided to "treat" myself and took part in the online boutique and was ecstatic to get my 4 new lovely pieces. Messaged the owner of the boutique to ensure my order was received and would be on the way! She responded, Yes, it will most likely be shipped out Monday!... Great!!! Fast forward 1 week--- still havent recieved a package- messaged the owner to see if it was in the mail. She responded and said yes, I will check. Dead silence. Did not receive another message from her UNTIL i messaged her another week later and asked again. She finally asked for my email to look up the order. I sent it. Multiple times. Waited all night for a response, nothing. Dead silence. - posted on the facebook wall begging for an answer. FINALLY- she messaged me back and said she did not have one of the pieces I ordered and thats why my order hadnt been sent. Its been 16 days. She waited 16 days and 4 attempts for answers before telling me that she did not have my order and that it would be delayed.. I was furious. I would have gladly waited had she communicated with me in one of my many tries. Yes, she refunded my money (which is why i rated 2 stars, rather than 1.) But I was so disappointed. Needless to say, 5 dollar jewelry is not worth THE WAIT."
