"$88 inspection, $1430 quote to fix a rough idle and replace 2 parts. I took it to a different mechanic and asked to replace part 1 alone and the issue is fixed for a quarter of the price. Edit: I should give you more credit. Changing to 3 stars, because you identified the source of the pressure when the dealership didn't. Your inspection is a 5 star but the quote is a 1. I'd have even paid your $600 labor fee just for you to install any pcv bypass and swap the ruptured disk. But no. You want $1.4k? I don't drive this car 1.4k miles a year. You're still pushing your sales."
