"Live in Wisconsin, purchased a 2022 Subaru Oynx with 10k miles, they came and picked it up my car for exterior treatments 3 days after purchase. Returned it with an EMPTY tank, sent Full, yet had to have their Rental returned with a Full Tank. Returned with a Chip in the passenger's side windshield and pulls to the right. Driver who returned it was clueless, called his supervisor ( Ben ) and was told I had to go through my own insurance?? Really? Absolutely Terrible experience haven't even physically owned the car more than a week and have all these issues!!! . NEVER again !!!"

"After having a far less than ideal experience back in March, I wasn’t sure I’d ever be posting a positive review for Bloomington Subaru. I’ve loved my Forester- don’t get me wrong- but being a woman seeking a service in a male dominated field, it is easy to feel overlooked and taken advantage of. I’m not a big fan of “second chances” when it comes to situations like these, but figured I’d give them another shot. I am incredibly thankful that I did. I stopped in this week to complete my 60K service. This is a large (and costly) service to need, in addition to some problems with my alignment/tires/AC, I was looking at a hefty bill and having no expectations of a better service than my last. I was happily proven wrong. My experience this last week has no one to thank other than Subaru’s Service Provider Aidan. He went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations, maintained humility and professionalism, all while offering apologies for situations he had no part of. He was hands down the best advisor I have ever had at Bloomington Subaru. He was kind, empathetic, and really seemed to care about my questions and concerns over my last experience. He not only made that previous experience right, but gave me the confidence that I could continue seeking services from them without fear of being mistreated or unheard. He acknowledged every one of my concerns (even finding and fixing problems that I had previously dismissed) and I left that day with a huge weight off my shoulders. It is not lost on me how much he did to help me and I am incredibly grateful for the thoughtfulness and consideration that was shown to me by him. If you are a woman nervous about seeking car repair services and getting taken advantage of, wait no longer and book a service appt with Aidan. I will seriously never see anyone else as long as he is employed there. A+ Bloomington Subaru, you’ve maintained a long-standing customer and made things right. Aidan- you rock!"

Surface was completed within the expected time frame and a complimentary Car Wash was provided. Their customer Lounge area is large and a pleasant environment. They also provide complimentary Beverages and a few treats. Great place to take your Subaru."
