"I've got to say, many people have complained about this particular GameStop but I haven't had any complaints myself. I've been here many a time and the staff has always been kind. Their very helpful and are genuinely happy. I needed a parent present to buy the Evil Dead game (understandable) and instead of refusing to buy me the game the worker kindly asked me to get a parent before he'd sell it to me. Overall I rate 5/5"
"A girl named April ordered us a game on 11-12-21,it’s now 12-08-21 and it still hasn’t arrived and she won’t help us at all, just plain mean about it, customer service even called her for my reimbursement and she refused and was mean to them, still nothing from nobody very upset over this! I’ll change this review if our situation changes….. It was made right by corporate! Thank you so much."
"I needed something in a pinch it was out of stock at every store within a hundred miles of me so I ordered online pay the extra $99 for expedited shipping. They said it would arrive in two to three business days today's the 3rd and it still hasn't arrived. Don't fall for the expedited shipping."
