"Here's the thing. It's a very comfortable place to get work done. They have a beautiful facility, snacks, coffee, workspace. So if you have to work while you get the oil changed, it's great. I'm not one to give bad reviews. By and large they seem unhelpful, and I really want local businesses to thrive. That said, we have had multiple experiences of Brookdale Honda giving us quotes on "fixes" that we found out we did not need when we took it in for a second opinion at a different local shop. It's unfortunate that they try to upsell you unnecessarily. They are exhibit A why people have a hard time trusting the auto repair industry. For example, we had an issue with our sliding van door getting stuck. They gave me a quote north of $3,000, including parts and labor. I called my dad and he suggested getting a second opinion. 5 of the 6 items listed did not need to be replaced/repaired. We ended up getting it fixed for $600. I'm just writing this as a warning. When this location suggests that you have work done on your vehicle, run over to another shop and confirm what they "found" before you waste your money. This is just one of multiple occurrences. That's the crazy thing. It wasn't one bad experience, it was a pattern."

"I purchased a brand-new vehicle which was a 2023 Honda HRV, and unfortunately, I have encountered persistent issues with the alignment. Despite bringing it to the dealerships attention and scheduling multiple appointments, the problem persisted. The service advisor initially claimed not to have the necessary specifications. Furthermore, during subsequent oil changes, I raised the alignment issue again, only to be told that the dealership still didn't have the required specifications. This lack of clarity and resolution is unacceptable, especially considering the release of the new 2024 model. Upon the dealership's assurance that they now had the correct specifications, I picked up the car after an alignment and oil change, only to find that the steering wheel and alignment were still off. Subsequent attempts to rectify the situation led to further frustration, with the service advisor advising me to reschedule yet another appointment. My dissatisfaction reached a tipping point when I began experiencing a vibration noise from the passenger side. Upon bringing it in, I was informed that the threads of the tires were misaligned, and I was to purchase new tires from the dealership at a cost of $400. I find this situation unacceptable, as I had reported the alignment issue since buying the vehicle brand new. In my most recent visit for an oil change, I discovered that the oil level was significantly below the recommended level. This oversight, combined with the ongoing alignment issues, reflects a lack of attention to detail and professionalism. If I can I would give this dealership negative star rating."

"Dan is who I want to speak and deal with when I buy my next vehicle. Asked us some very good questions about what we have and what were looking for. Followed through without being pushy in any way. We had an unusual way we wanted to purchase the vehicle and made everything happen smoothly. The whole process from meeting Dan to driving off the lot with our new Pilot made me feel like a good thing just happened!"

"Perfect!!! I was looking to trade in my CR-V, but my regular dealership had no stock. I messaged Luther and was responded to immediately. I was able to set up an appointment for the very next day. I traded in my CR-V for a 2024, which I'm already obsessed with. Hannah was so amazing, honest, and straightforward. Chris in finance was the same. I was there maybe an hour and a half, tops. Excellent service, transparency, and no pressure. Nowhere close to near where I live, but this is my new dealership. Highly recommended!!"
