"This location is the worst for food and service. I ordered on the app, only to then have to wait literally 11 MINUTES in the drive-thru to receive the ONLY item in my order, a Whopper. I sat there while employees wandered aimlessly inside and ignored me. Finally was handed what can only be described as an old shrunken black dried out hockey puck. My dog's jerky chews seriously aren't as tough as that sorry excuse for meat. Terrible, no good, very bad experience. Don't go there."
"Honestly, I love a whopper every once and a while, but trying to get one at this location is miserable, whether you go in or are in the drive through the employees can't be bothered to do their job or be polite. Everytime I go through the drive through the lady at the speaker sounds annoyed and has you wait for a solid 10 minutes before taking your order, and every single time they give drink with no straw, bag of food with no straw and the close the window so fast to try and get back to social time in front of the window with their backs turned to the point where if you want a straw your stuck waving your arm and trying to shout through the window to get it"
