"First scheduled pickup went perfectly. 6 days later pickup and delivery scheduled same as previous. Driver was ot going to make the pickup as scheduled so had to reschedule for later that day. Customer service is not good. You can tell they are reading answers prepared for them. When I called to find out where drive was she gave me excuses. 3rd scheduled time still not going to make it as scheduled, had to cancel appointment again. I won't try a 4th time."

"When placing order for pick up, I specified how to locate my door, as it's tricky to know which door is to my apartment. Received a text from an unknown # asking where I was , looking out and not seeing a car, I responded where are you at? Then again gave details to my door. Received a text back saying the driver had left. All within 5 minutes from the specified time of drivers arrival. So within 5 minutes of driver pulling up to who knows where , driver leaves. Obviously driver can't read or didn't bother reading cuz driver should have come to exact location. And when retold my exact location, driver decided it better to leave. Needless to say, I missed my doctor's appointment. Find other transport if possible suck this driver sucked."

"Ride wasn't here at 12;30 and was supposed to be here at 11:30. It had been scheduled in advance. Luckily I found my own ride, but still missed an hour of what I need to maintain life..dialysis! Driver's talk on their phone the whole time. Had other rides that took so long so found my own ride."

"This is the worst excuse for a medical transportation company that I could ever have imagined! I am thankful that I accompanied my elderly parent to her doctor appointment because Transportation Plus is extremely unreliable and unsafe. We were 45 minutes late to her appointment. This was even after them confirming with me 3 times that morning of the arrangements.The excuse for being late was that they didn't have enough wheelchair accessible vans.Totally unacceptable as I had booked the appointment 3 weeks in advance. I was assured we would get a return ride home in 15-20 minutes after calling. We waited 2 hours! I am concerned that U care recommended this transportation company to their elderly patients."
